On January 7, 1987, Respondents, Novato Disposal Service,
Inc. and James Ratto, filed a Petition for Review of the Decision
and Order of the Administrative Law Judge (ALJ) issued
December 15, 1986. By letter dated December 7, 1987, Respondents'
counsel notified me that they were withdrawing this Petition
for Review. Accordingly, pursuant to the provisions of 29 C.F.R.
[secs] 6.19 - 6.21 (1987), the decision of the Administrative Law
Judge has become final and this case is closed.
