BEFORE: THE DEPUTY SECRETARY OF LABOR ORDER On August 3, 1987, I granted the motion of the Associate Solicitor for Fair Labor Standards for an extension of time until August 30, 1987, in which to file a Petition for Review of the Decision of the Administrative Law Judge (ALJ) issued June 10, 1987. No petition has been filed nor has a further extension of time been requested. Accordingly, pursuant to the provisions of 29 C.F.R.
