ORDER
On August 3, 1987, I granted the motion of the Associate
Solicitor for Fair Labor Standards for an extension of time until
August 30, 1987, in which to file a Petition for Review of the
Decision of the Administrative Law Judge (ALJ) issued June 10,
1987. No petition has been filed nor has a further extension of
time been requested. Accordingly, pursuant to the provisions of 29
C.F.R. [secs] 6.19 - 6.21 (1986), the decision of the ALJ has
become final and the case is closed.
