ORDER DENYING MOTION FOR CLARIFICATION

Petitioner, Biospherics, Inc., has filed a Motion for Clarification of the Board's Order issued on September 2, 1998. In the Order the Board stated that ". . . at Biospherics' request the matter was stayed three times . . . ." Biospherics acknowledges that it requested the stays, but requests that the Board clarify for the record that the stays were requested for the express purpose of allowing Biospherics to pursue resolution of the pending issues with the Department of Labor.

Biospherics' Motion for Clarification is denied. It is unnecessary for the Board to issue an order clarifying the circumstances of Biospherics' requests for stays because the circumstances are well documented in the record.

   SO ORDERED.
