SUPPLEMENT TO DECISION AND ORDER
In my Decision and Order of July 10, 2002, I permitted the parties to reach agreement regarding the back pay due to certain drivers. I had estimated the amount due was, $13,346.00. The DOL was to reimburse the list of drivers attached the back wages due for the unpaid 15-minute break on route 809-808 spent mid-route at the Pittsburgh BMC, through December 5, 1999. The parties agreed the correct amount was $1,916.53. I accept the parties stipulation. The Respondents shall pay this amount to the DOL, under the terms and conditions set forth in the original Decision and Order. The USPS shall withhold this amount, under the contract, if not promptly paid by the Respondents.
