DECISION AND ORDER
In this case arising under the Reorganization Plan No. 14 of
1950 (64 Stat. 1267), the Davis-Bacon Act (DBA), as amended (40
U.S.C. §276, et seq.), and the regulations issued
thereunder at 29 C.F.R. Part 5, this Administrative Law Judge has
been advised that the parties have reached a settlement. A
settlement agreement signed by the parties was submitted for my
consideration and approval.

My review of the agreement, a copy of which is attached
hereto, leads me to conclude it is fair, adequate, and reasonable.
The agreement is approved, and upon compliance by Respondents with
its terms, the complaint is hereby DISMISSED.
