HUD-assisted Contract No. RI-43-016-005, for
the construction of buildings at North Road
Terrace Project II, Coventry, Rhode Island

     and

     (2)  With respect to laborers and
mechanics employer by its subcontractor under
Contract No. DACA 33-89-C-0010 for electrical
work at the U.S. Army Reserve Center,
Attleboro, Massachusetts

                         DECISION AND ORDER


     In this case arising under the Reorganization Plan No. 14 of
1950 (64 Stat. 1267), the Davis-Bacon Act (DBA), as amended (40
U.S.C. §276, et seq.), and the regulations issued
thereunder at 29 C.F.R. Part 5, this Administrative Law Judge has
been advised that the parties have reached a settlement.  A
settlement agreement signed by the parties was submitted for my
consideration and approval.



[PAGE 2] -2- My review of the agreement, a copy of which is attached hereto, leads me to conclude it is fair, adequate, and reasonable.
