ORDER OF DISMISSAL
This proceeding arises under the Job Training Partnership Act, 29 U.S.C. § 1501 et seq. (repealed) and the applicable regulations set forth at 20 C.F.R. § 626 et seq., (Pub. L. 97-300), and the regulations issued thereunder. On April 11, 2001, the parties filed a joint Stipulation of Dismissal stating that an amicable agreement resolving the dispute between the parties had been reached. Accordingly, respondent withdraws its appeal in this case, and the parties request that the case be dismissed with prejudice.
ORDER
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the joint Stipulation of Dismissal is GRANTED and this proceeding is hereby dismissed with prejudice.
