The above-captioned case is scheduled for an oral hearing on March 9 and 10,
2000 in Washington, D.C. By facsimile transmission received on February 22, 2000, complainant's
counsel has informed this Court that his client is requesting a dismissal of its claim and, therefore, a
hearing will no longer be necessary. The U.S. Department of Labor has no objection to the request for
dismissal. Accordingly,
ORDER
IT IS ORDERED that the complainant's request to dismiss its complaint be, and it is
hereby, GRANTED WITH PREJUDICE.
