ORDER OF DISMISSAL
This proceeding arises under the Job Training
Partnership Act (JTPA), 29 U.S.C. § 1579(a) and the
applicable regulations set forth at 20 C.F.R. Part 636 etseq.
On June 9, 1997, the U.S. Department of Labor
issued a final determination notifying the State of Georgia of a
disallowance in the amount of $213,636.00 as a result of DOL's
audit of Complainant's program under JTPA. Complainant filed a
request for hearing on July 2, 1997. On February 22, 2000 this
office received a Stipulation Agreement wherein the parties state
that they have settled this matter and request that the claim be
dismissed.
Accordingly, the Stipulation Agreement,
attached hereto and incorporated herein, is APPROVED and ADOPTED
in its entirety, and this matter is hereby DISMISSED.
