This matter arises under the Job Training
Partnership Act (JTPA), 29 U.S.C. § 1579(a), and the
applicable regulations set forth at 20 C.F.R. Part 636.
On October 9, 1996, the parties filed a Motion
to Dismiss in the above-captioned matter. Accordingly, as both
parties are in agreement, this matter is hereby DISMISSED.
