ORDER OF DISMISSAL
AND CANCELLATION OF HEARING
A hearing in this matter is scheduled to take place before the undersigned on Tuesday,
November 13, 2007, in New York, New York, in accordance with the Job Training Partnership
Act, 29 U.S.C. § 1501. On October 17, 2007, the parties filed a Stipulation of Dismissal, stating
that the parties have entered into a settlement agreement and that all issues have been resolved.
As the parties may agree to a dismissal of a case with prejudice without disclosing the terms of
their settlement under Indiana Dept. of Workforce Development v. U.S. Dept. of Labor, 1997-JTP-15 (ARB Dec. 8, 1998), this case is hereby DISMISSED with prejudice. The hearing
scheduled for November 13, 2007, is CANCELLED. SO ORDERED.
