ORDER OF DISMISSAL
This case arises under the Job Training Partnership Act (JTPA), 29 U.S.C. § 1579 et seq, and the applicable regulations issued at 20 C.F.R. Part 626.
On August 31, 2001, the Department of Labor (DOL) issued a Final Determination in this case. On September 28, 2001, Complainant filed a request for hearing in this Office. On October 30, 2001, this Office issued a Pre-Hearing Order which required both parties to file certain information regarding this case. Thereafter, on January 23, 2002, Complainant filed a letter withdrawing its request for a hearing stating that the issues raised in the Final Determination were resolved obviating the need for a hearing.
Accordingly, it is ORDERED that this matter be DISMISSED.
