ORDER OF DISMISSAL
This proceeding arises under the Job Training Partnership
Act (JTPA), 29 U.S.C. 1579(a), and the applicable regulations
set forth at 20 C.F.R. Part 636 et seq.
On April 29, 1997, the U.S. Department of Labor, Respondent,
informed this Office that the State of Delaware Department of
Labor has paid the $77,395.00 disallowed in the above-referenced
case, and notified the undersigned that dismissal of the case is
appropriate. Complainant did not file a response to Respondent's
letter.
Accordingly, the above-captioned matter is hereby DISMISSED.
