ORDER OF DISMISSAL
This matter arises under the Job Training Partnership Act
(JTPA), 29 U.S.C. 1579(a), and the applicable regulations set
forth at 20 C.F.R. Part 636.
On July 1, 1997, Colorado River Indian Tribes filed a
Revised Final Determination from the Department of Labor which
allowed all the costs. Therefore, as the parties no longer have
a dispute in this matter, Complainant withdraws its requesting
for a hearing.
Accordingly, as both parties are in agreement, this matter
is hereby DISMISSED.
