ORDER OF DISMISSAL
This matter arises under provisions of the Job Training
Partnership Act, as amended, 29 U.S.C. 1501 et seq. The parties
have filed a joint Stipulation of Dismissal With Prejudice,
indicating that they have resolved their differences and have
entered into a settlement agreement. In view of the parties'
stipulation, this case is dismissed with prejudice. 20 C.F.R.
627.802; 29 C.F.R. 18.9, 18.39(a), (b).
