ORDER OF DISMISSAL IN CASE NO. 95-JTP-15 ONLY
These matters were set for January 11-13 1999 trial. Prior to this date the Administrative
Law Judge was advised California Health and Welfare Agency and County of Los Angeles 95-JTP-15 had been amicably resolved by the parties. An executed Stipulation of Partial Dismissal of Case
No. 95-JTP-15 was lodged January 11, 1999, the day the hearing in Case No. 96-JTP-6 of the above
caption was convened for San Francisco, California trial. As more fully reflected in the January 13,
1999 transcript in Case No. 96-JTP-6, and further Orders which will issue in Case No. 96-JTP-6,
Case No. 96-JTP-6 was in principal essentially resolved that week in San Francisco. Final
disposition by this Administrative Law Judge awaits the parties' submissions 90 days hence in Case
No. 96-JTP-6.
However based on the above captioned parties' Stipulation of Partial Dismissal in Case No.
95-JTP-15, by this Order of Dismissal with prejudice, Case No. 95-JTP-15 California Health and
Welfare Agency and County of Los Angeles v. USDOL is hereby dismissed.
