DECISION AND ORDER DISMISSING CASE WITH PREJUDICE
This matter arises under the Job Training Partnership Act
(JTPA), 29 U.S.C. 1501, et seq., and the regulations promulgated
thereunder at 20 C.F.R. Parts 632 and 636. On February 3, 1995, I
received a Stipulation of Dismissal With Prejudice in this matter
which appears to have been signed by representatives for
Complainant and Respondent. I also received a copy of a
Stipulation Agreement entered into between the parties which
appears to resolve this matter. Pursuant to 20 C.F.R.
636.10(h)(3), this matter is HEREBY DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE.
