MASTER SALES TAX LICENSE: In a few isolated situations, multi-level marketing companies have obtained a single sales tax license for all distributors. In this situation, the parent distributors charge the wholesale or discounted price but collects sales tax on the suggested retail price. In this situation, individual distributors are not required to obtain an individual sales tax license. Examples of this type of licensing situation include Amway and NuSkin.

RIGHT TO CANCEL Certain Purchases and Contracts: In general, there is NO right to cancel a contract or purchase. However, under Colorado Consumer Protection laws, there are some exceptions. Consumers may cancel the following: Health club memberships may be cancelled within 3 business days after you receive a copy of the contract. Timeshare purchases may be cancelled within 5 calendar days after sale. Dance studio contracts may be cancelled at any time during the term of contract. Buyer's club memberships may be cancelled on the next business day following the day you sign the contract. Hearing aid purchases may be cancelled within thirty days after you take possession of the hearing aids. Purchases over the telephone may be cancelled within 3 business days after receipt of goods, if the seller is required to be registered with the Attorney General. Door-to-door sales may be cancelled within 3 days after the purchase.
