Office of Management (OM) provides a full range of administrative and support services to FSIS,
ranging from budget administration and financial management to human
resources and civil rights programs.
FSIS Receives Prestigious 2007 Presidential Quality Award (Dec 4, 2007)
FSIS was honored for advancing the President's Management Agenda through the strategic management of
human capital. The award is one of six given to Federal agencies this year.
Civil Rights Information Includes Civil Rights Division contacts and programs; provides information on avoiding discrimination and sexual harassment complaints.

Budget & Finance
A Chief Financial Officer (CFO) has responsibility for budget and financial management
in FSIS. The CFO leads development of policies and financial reporting systems to
support FSIS' public health objectives. Reporting to the CFO are the Budget Division
and Financial Management Division.
Civil Rights Division (CRD)
The Civil Rights Division provides advice, guidance and assistance on
the implementation, management and compliance with Equal Employment Opportunity
programs. CRD works to ensure fair and equal treatment to
internal and external customers.
Human Resources Division (HRD)
