Sealed Bid Sales |
Using sealed-bid sales will allow the bidders to pre-inspect items and submit secret bids. A comparison of the received bids is conducted
to determine the highest bidder, who meets all the special terms and conditoins of the sale. An award is made to the highest bidder who meets
all the requirements, and who agrees to abide by the sales' General Terms and Conditions. Sealed-bid sales are conducted for items which are
not condusive to Internet or Auction type sales. These will include some export-controlled items, hazardous materials, or items at remote locations, etc.

Fixed-Price Sales |
Some items are sold at fixed-price. These may be in conjunction with another type sales, such as the public Auctions. When items are sold at a
fixed-price, a fair market value is assigned to the items and they are sold on a first-come, first-serve basis.
