Electronics Stewardship

Justice Management Division
Serving Justice - Securing Results

The Department of Justice is committed to the principles of electronics stewardship. This entails activities to reduce the environmental impact of the life cycle of electronics: purchasing, operation and maintenance, and end-of-life.

DOJ’s Electronics Stewardship Plan outlines the department’s goals, milestones, and responsibilities for implementing electronics stewardship. The Justice Electronics Stewardship Team (JEST) is composed of members from all relevant program areas and is responsible for oversight of implementation of the Electronics Stewardship Plan. Questions regarding this plan or JEST may be referred to Renae Steichen at renae.steichen@usdoj.gov.
