Early Childhood Health Project (ECHP) is
supported by the Maternal & Child Health Bureau (Title V, Social
Security Act), Health Resources and Services Administration, U.S.
Department of Health and Human Services. The organizational home of ECHP is the West Virginia Department of Health & Human Resources (DHHR)/Office
of Maternal, Child and Family Health/Division of Infant, Child and
Adolescent Health/Early Childhood Health Project.
Program Overview
Partners in ECHP include the DHHR/Bureau for Children and Families and the West Virginia Chapter of the American Academy of Pediatrics.
