Q: Whom should I contact about a problem with my electronic/online journal subscription?

Q: I have been billed for a journal subscription but have not received the journal.
A: Please contact our Customer Service Department, tel: 215-625-8900, toll free: 1-800-354-1420, e-mail: haworthorders@taylorandfrancis.com.

Q: Can I change my own username and password via the website?
A: Yes, users can update their username and password information via the "My User Profile" option of the Haworth Press' website.

Q: Who do I contact if my account information (contact information, IP information, and corporate affiliation or personnel changes) need to be updated?

Q: How can I view my online usage statistics?
A: To view online usage statistics, log in to your account using the username and password which has been provided to you. When the account is opened, click on the link which reads "Usage Statistics for Online Publications." This should bring up a listing of titles in the account, and can be arranged according to title or number of views. If you wish to view online usage statistics from years past, you can adjust the dates for which e-views are displayed.

A: Our Document Delivery Service (DDS) is designed for you to conveniently order one of our articles. Please go to: http://www.haworthpress.com/journals/dds.asp for complete information and order methods.

Q: If I purchase current subscriptions, do I get free access to back volumes of the same journals?
A: Online access is provided only for titles/volumes which have been paid for in full. If you wish to purchase a back volume so that you can establish online access, contact our Customer Service Department: haworthorders@taylorandfrancis.com.

Q: Can I make copies of an article I purchased from your Document Delivery Service?
A: No, articles sent through Haworth's Document Delivery Service are for personal use only, Interlibrary Loan, Photocopying and Commercial use is prohibited
