Boston University Provides Gopher, Web Servers

Gopher and WWW servers are available for the BioMolecular Engineering Research Center and Molecular Biology Computer Research Resource (BMERC) at Boston University (http://bmerc-www.bu.edu). These servers provide access to (1) the Protein Sequence Analysis System, an e-mail server for analyzing amino acid sequences; (2) ProLink, an integrated database of protein structure, sequence homology, and functional pattern data installed in a relational format under Sybase; and (3) specially designed software, data files, and support information.
