| The State Historic Preservation Office (SHPO)is located in Salem in the North Mall Office Building, Suite C-Oregon Parks and Recreation Department. The Winter Street entrance is the most convenient. From I-5 North or South, take the Market Street exit and travel west on Market for 1.5 miles. Turn left on Winter Street. Go four blocks. North Mall Office Building is on your left. Two hour parking spaces (some metered, but all strictly enforced) are located on both sides of the street as well as within adjacent blocks. | |
