ESRD Network Annual Reports ESRD Network Organizations are required by contract with CMS to submit an Annual Report covering their activities during each calendar year. The reports available here summarize those Annual Reports. Each report covers the activities for the entire calendar year. ESRD Network Coordinating Center (NCC) The NCC provides centralized coordination and support for the ESRD Network Organizations Program as described in the Statement of Work (SOW) between the ESRD Network Organizations and CMS. The NCC's primary responsibilities include collection, maintenance and distribution of ESRD information; coordination of national activities including training initiatives; facilitation of special projects, and administrative support services such as meeting planning and summary reports for ESRD Network Organizations and CMS' ESRD Network Organization program. The NCC's website serves as a central, consolidated web presence for the ESRD Network Organization Program, and provides links to the websites of each of the ESRD Network Organizations
