Bill and Melinda are doing a great thing by providing a billion dollars for
scholarships. However they are not including many of the "most in need"
students by excluding GED or alternative high school graduates. Susan
Durgan is listed on the Internet site as the contact. Her phone number is
206 652-1993. I didn't have any luck with the email address that was
provided. Perhaps if she receives many phone calls asking to make the
opportunities more inclusive for the folks who they are trying to help they
will expand their criteria. Let's all give it a try.
