Durbin's College Textbook Act Signed Into Law

U.S. Senator Dick Durbin announced on September 4, 2008 that the College Textbook Affordability Act, which he authored, has been signed into law. Durbin spoke with students facing an added financial burden due to the excessive cost of textbooks.
