The study objective is to develop a methodology for assessing reproductive and/or developmental toxicants in the context of a woman's prior reproductive history. This will be accomplished by comparing analysis strategies to evaluate bias and inefficiency, and to develop recommendations on modeling a sequence of pregnancy outcomes to assess etiologic associations between exposures and disease. The papers describing the results of this work are currently in preparation and/or under review.
