Introduction to Teleworking
Setting Up A Telework Program
A successful telework program includes adoption of a telework policy, guidelines for selecting teleworkers, agreements between teleworkers and their supervisors, an assessment of telework program costs and benefits, and evaluation of proposed telework sites.

The following publications explain how it works and how it benefits employers, employees, and the state. You will also find materials to help you set up a telework program, including sample and "fill-in-the-blanks" documents you can adapt to the needs of your business or organization.
