The Online Computer Library Center, Inc. (OCLC) is the
largest international library network with over 54,000 members
and more than 70 million bibliographic records. FEDLINK is the
formal support
network for federal libraries wishing to participate in OCLC.
Through FEDLINK BOAs, federal libraries access OCLC for cataloging
and interlibrary loan, OCLC reference services, and various options
for group resource sharing and retrospective conversion.
