It is the offeror's responsibility to monitor the Web sites where the RFP will be posted to learn about any amendments to the solicitation.
It is anticipated the amendment with responses to questions will be posted on or about August 21, 2007.
It is anticipated that 1 contract award will be made under this solicitation for a 1-year period of performance (with 2 one-year options).
Summary
This project is to support the Competitive Sourcing activities of the Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality (AHRQ), in the accomplishment of their Department of Health & Human Services (HHS) A-76 Competitive Sourcing Green Plan. The contractor shall assist the AHRQ through various implementation phases which will complete the Fiscal Year 2008 competitive sourcing program activities, as well as the 2009 activities, continue providing Post-Competition Review Support semi-annually, assist in filling out Office of Management and Budget (OMB) Cost Reports, conduct the Annual FAIR Act Inventory and assist the Agency to complete its scheduled A-76 Competitions.
