Teacher Preparation and Enhancement Programs directly support teachers in their classroom activities. They include classroom presentations, on-site and off-site workshops, summer fellowships and enhancement programs. We also provide access to NASA information in science, mathematics, technology, and engineering.

These programs are designed to provide professional development experiences for K-12 educators that are involved in in-service education. Additionally, some programs are designed to provide research opportunities.

The educators:
  • participate in NASA research and development activities,
  • apply methods for integrating these resources into their teaching,
  • and are informed about available NASA resources, both online and within NASA Glenn Educator Resource Center and Visitor Center.
