The Canandaigua VA Medical Center, part of the VA Healthcare Network Upstate New York, is located in the heart of the Finger Lakes Region, 30 miles southeast of Rochester in Canandaigua, New York. The Canandaigua VA Medical Center has provided inpatient and outpatient medical services to veterans living in western New York State for over 75 years. Located on 150 acres with 14 major patient care buildings, the medical center is host to numerous health care programs and services.

Its medical specialties are long-term care, nursing home care, mental health care and alcohol/drug rehabilitation. Respite Care, the Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder Clinic, the Domiciliary Program and the Mental Health Intensive Case Management Program are all notable services offered at Canandaigua.
