And Now the Latest Weather from Chambers Island
The National Weather Service in Green Bay recently completed the installation of a weather observation platform on Chambers Island. The island, which is located in the central part of the waters of Green Bay, was selected to give forecasters information on weather on this part of the bay. The site will help meteorologists forecast the abrupt wind shifts that frequently occur on the waters.
