- Medical marijuana rule development
The department has filed a draft rule for defining a 60-day supply under the state’s medical marijuana law. This is the total amount generally allowed for people who qualify for the use of marijuana for medical purposes. A public hearing on the draft rule has been scheduled.

- Changes to Health Professions Fees
