Automatically Cancel Cards of Former Employees (CR-47061)
PCMS will be modified to automatically cancel cards of former employees. This will alleviate APCs and LAPCs from manually having to enter the system to cancel the cards.

Mandatory Entry of Information Into The Item Description Field When Approving A Transaction (CR-67040)
Add an edit on the screen to require information in the Item Description Field when approving the transactions. A Display error message “An Item Description is required for an Approved transaction”
Remove USDA Tax Exempt Number From Screen (CR-67047)
Remove the tax exempt number 471600000 from the Purchase Card Screen
Store Used Accounting Codes in PCMS System (CR-67062)
This feature will allow for the same function that was available in the Client/Server version of the PCMS application.
Include “Approve Date” and “Processed Date” (CR-67091)
Modify PCMS to include the “Process Date” and “Approved Date” on the Cardholder Report.
Expand the Comments Field on the First Screen of the PCMS User Messages Screen (CR-67092)
Allow for at least 500 characters to be inputed into the Comments field on the User Message Screen.

PCMS-Requires Change of Initial Password (CR-57282)
In accordance with the findings of OIG Discussion Draft Document (3/23/2005) PCMS needs to be modified as follows:
- Passwords should expire after the first login when they are created or reset through SAMS. This should force users to change their passwords when they first log into PCMS after their password has been created or reset.
- PCMS should automatically bring up the change password screen for the user when his/her password has expired after the initial login.
