Oregon's Health Screen Testing Permit Program ('Health Fair' testing)

 

"Health Screen Testing" means tests performed without a physician's or clinician's order for the purpose of identifying health risks, providing health information, and referring the person being tested to medical care. (333-024-0375(2)

 

Any person who operates a health screen testing service must obtain a permit from the Divison (DHS) (333-024-0380(1)
