State of Oregon, Public Health Division Office of Disease Prevention and Epidemiology (ODPE)
The Office of Disease Prevention and Epidemiology (ODPE) identifies, monitors and seeks to control the factors that threaten the health of Oregonians. We are working to prevent the occurrence of disease and contain the emergence of new diseases. We are responsible for ensuring that all vital events are recorded and that health information & vital statistics analyses are provided to the public and other entities.
