State Reporting


States are facilitating the reporting of greenhouse gas emissions in one or more ways, including: setting CO2 emissions disclosure requirements for electricity providers, creating greenhouse gas registries for entities to enter emissions levels and/or emissions changes into a formal repository, and requiring entities to report their greenhouse gas emissions to the state.
