Partner Profile Footwise is a Corvallis based shoe retailer with stores throughout Oregon as well as a catalog and online seller of comfort and life-style footwear. Footwise is committed to carbon neutrality in the operation of our business. Enrolling in our utilities' green power programs is part of our overall effort. In addition we are undertaking extensive conservation measures to reduce our use of resources and energy and to minimize the contribution of shipping to our carbon footprint. We sponsored the installation of a 2 kW solar system at Crescent Valley High School in Corvallis that produces over 3000 kWh per year. We are engaged in an effort to install solar panels on the rooftops of every building in downtown Corvallis. Footwise has partnered with the Bonneville Environmental Foundation in a program that offers gift certificates to consumers who buy Bonneville Green Tags. "Footwise has never been just about selling shoes. Our commitment to green power is just another example of how we give back to our communities and the planet," says Peter Wendel, President of Footwise.
