Eligibility

Candidates will be evaluated and interviewed according to the following criteria:

• Citizens of a recipient country
• Good working knowledge of the English language
• Minimum MS degree with three years of practical experience or working towards an MS with 5 years experience
• Currently employed in universities, government or other research institutions in the recipient's country
• Early in their professional career
• Demonstrated intention and desire to continue working in the home country
