Agenda
The Oregon Watershed Enhancement Board will meet on Tuesday, September 13, 2005, beginning at 7:30 a.m. Mountain Time to take action on the following:

2005-2007 Non-capital Fund Spending Plan. The Board will be asked to consider reserving or authorizing the allocation of non-capital funds for Watershed Council Support, Local Capacity Enhancement, Education and Outreach, Monitoring and Assessment, Support for the Oregon Plan for Salmon and Watersheds, and Sustainability/E2.

The 2005-2007 Capital Fund Spending Plan for the use of Measure 66 Lottery Funds. The Board will be asked to consider authorizing an allocation of capital funds to continue the state’s commitment to the Savage Rapids Dam project.
At approximately 11:00 a.m. Mountain Time, OWEB Board members and staff will tour OWEB-funded projects in the Owyhee-Malheur Basin. Anyone is welcome to join the tour, but must provide their own transportation.
The Board will meet on Wednesday, September 14, 2005, beginning at 7:30 a.m. Mountain Time to take action on the following:

Board authorization to allocate Pacific Coastal Salmon Recovery Fund for state agencies that received specific distribution of those funds in OWEB’s legislatively adopted budget.

The Board will consider restoration/acquisition grant applications submitted by the April 25, 2005, grant application deadline.
