This report summarizes results of the IMST/OWEB Effectiveness Monitoring Workshop held in April 2006. The purpose of this report is to synthesize the findings and recommendations made by the diverse group of workshop participants. The Independent Multidisciplinary Science Team (IMST) will prepare a separate report on key issues relating to restoration effectiveness monitoring that will be posted here in the future.
