General Information
Completion of a self-evaluation, once a biennium for each watershed council receiving support, is a condition of the OWEB watershed council support grant contract. In the grant Project Completion Report (described in Exhibit B of the grant agreement) submitted at the completion of the grant, each council must submit the results and a work plan developed from the self-evaluation process.
OWEB has developed a facilitated self-evaluation method for you to use that includes council and facilitator instruction sheets, evaluation checklists, and action planning worksheets. Other evaluation methods may be used, but must be approved by your OWEB regional program representative.
