Under this Request for Applications, the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency's (USEPA's) Great Lakes National Program Office (GLNPO) and Region 2 are requesting Great Lakes applications addressing: Eighteenmile Creek Remedial Action Plan (RAP) Priorities and Lakewide Management Plan (LaMP) Public Forum Coordination for Lakes Erie, Michigan, and Superior.

  • An estimated amount of up to $500,000 over 5 years has been targeted for one project addressing Eighteenmile Creek Remedial Action Plan (RAP) Priorities. 
  • An estimated amount of $335,000 is targeted for approximately 1-3 projects for Lakewide Management Plan (LaMP) Public Forum Coordination for Lakes Erie, Michigan, and Superior.

Deadline for Receipt of Application Packages:  June 29, 2006 - Submissions must be received by EPA or electronically through Grants.Gov by 8:00 am CST. 

Application Information: Applicants may submit applications by either of two methods: (i) paper submission (go to page 12 of Request for Applications) OR (ii) submission through grants.gov .  Information about both methods is described in Section IV of the Request for Applications.
