Customer Survey
The department conducts an annual survey of direct consumers of its products and services. Results from the 2008 Customer Survey are now available.
Strategic Planning
The DAS Strategic Plan (pdf) identifies goals and strategies for making progress toward the department’s mission: Lead the pursuit
of excellence in state government. Section business plans are also
available for most DAS divisions, boards and offices.
Performance Measurement
The DAS Annual Performance Measures Report (pdf) provides information about the department’s progress in several key areas. In 2008, the department will continue to enhance its performance measures to create greater alignment between the DAS Strategic Plan and what is measured.
