- Tornado, Funnel Cloud, or Wall Cloud
- Hail of any size
- Wind gusts greater than 40 mph
- Heavy rain and/or high rainfall rates
- Flash Flooding
- Street, parking lot, or underpass flooding
- Weather-related damage of any kind
- Unusual or questionable weather
- Heavy snow or high snowfall rates
- Dense Fog or Smoke (visibilities less than 1/2 mile)
