Dear Mr. [Redacted] and Mr. [Redacted]:

By letter dated May 1, 2000, [Redacted] sought administrative review of a decision by United States Trustee [Redacted] to suspend [Redacted] until he resolved the deficiencies identified in a Field Examination performed by personnel of the United States Trustee Program. I have received a copy of a letter dated June 19, 1999 from [Redacted] informing [Redacted] that he is no longer on suspended status⁽¹⁾ and has been returned to active rotation.

In light of this development, I conclude this review is moot.
