Heavy Rain Falls Across The Region

Showers and thunderstoms, which were heavy at times, brought abundant amounts of rain to many areas of Western and North Central Nebraska.  Rain fell across the region during the day and nighttime hours on Tuesday, with a few showers lingering on well into Wednesday morning.  There was a wide range in accumulations, with totals from a few tenths of an inch to well over 7 inches.  This heavy rain also caused flood conditions across many areas, with numerous reports of water over roadways.  Below is a list of rainfall accumulations starting Sunday morning and ending Wednesday morning at 8 AM CDT.  More information will be added as it becomes available.
