Recent national studies conducted by the National Association of Social Workers (NASW) have indicated that professional social workers are facing more challenges than ever.
The Oregon Social Work Reinvestment (SWR) Taskforce is currently collecting data on social workers in the state of Oregon and are asking you to participate in a brief workforce survey by September 17th, 2008.
The information provided about salaries, student loan debt, reimbursement rates and other workforce trends will be used to guide state reinvestment efforts and to educate stakeholders, Legislators and the media to support social workers and the individuals, families and communities we serve.
